Markéta Supa is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Communication Studies and Journalism, Charles University (Czechia), and a Fellow of the Centre for Excellence in Media Practice at Bournemouth University (UK). Her research explores children’s reflections on their complex media experiences across diverse everyday practices and contexts. Markéta is committed to advancing holistic and child-centred research approaches. Her work has been published in journals including Children & Society, Global Studies of Childhood, Journal of Children and Media, Learning, Media & Technology, Language and Education, and Literacy.
