Nguyen Huynh Ngoc Mai Tram is a PhD candidate at Curtin University, whose research focuses on young children’s engagement with digital technology in Vietnam. Her project examines how cultural values and contextual factors influence digital habits in early childhood, explored through the perspectives and practices of parents, educators, and healthcare professionals.

Using a mixed-methods approach, her work aims to develop culturally responsive and locally adaptive guidance to help families support healthy digital development from a young age. By contributing context-specific insights from Vietnam, her research enriches global and multicultural understandings of healthy digital practices for children.
