Giselle Woodley is a Lecturer/Research fellow in the School of Arts and Humanities at Edith Cowan University in Australia and is a sexologist with a background in Arts and Media. Giselle explores issues pertaining to sexuality, sexual violence, sexuality education, sexting, and young people.
Comprehensive sexuality education should start from birth and includes information like appropriate names for body parts, empathy, gender, communication, consent, protective behaviours and other primary prevention strategies to reduce sexual violence and promote relational wellbeing (including with the self). Giselle works on a variety of projects for the centre with the connected team at ECU.

I recall playing DOS games on my grandparents’ computer. Games like Duke Nukem, Alley Cat, California Games, and later, Return to Castle Wolfenstein. I also recall asking people ‘ASL?’ on ICQ messenger and finding it hilarious.
