About the project
Sleep is recognized as a key pillar of health, wellbeing, and learning. Current evidence suggesting a negative relationship between digital exposure and sleep.
This study will conduct a cross-sectional and longitudinal analysis to test key relationships between technology use, sleep, and wellbeing within the ACODA study data. This will be an important contribution to our understanding of current sleep and wellbeing of children in Australia, and the ways in which technology may be involved in both aiding and hindering these key issues.
