Kim Maslin has 15 years’ experience in digital technologies and education, teaching across early years, primary, and high school settings as a general educator, specialist Digital Technologies/STEM teacher, and Digital Learning Coordinator. Her research primarily explores how digital technologies can be used to foster children’s creativity. Kim is particularly focused on highlighting experiences of children, families and informal learning environments in regional Western Australia.
She is a member of the ARC Centre of Excellence for the Digital Child, a published young children’s author, and works as a Lecturer in Digital Technologies at Curtin University.
